Ricky Rubio ($7,600 FD, $6,700 DK) – After the All-Star break last year Rubio took off, this year he’s getting his in-season comeback started a bit earlier as he’s been on fire lately going for 30 fantasy points or more in his last six outings. He should find similar success against the lottery bound Grizzlies tonight.
Dejounte Murray ($5,500 FD, $5,800 DK) – Murray has had his up and downs since he became the starting point guard. However, tonight Murray gets the Suns who have helped a number of point guards break out.
Tyler Ulis ($4,400 FD/DK) – It doesn’t look like Devin Booker will suit up tonight which gives Ulis an opportunity at extended minutes for the second straight night. Though the Spurs are a tough matchup and Ulis hasn’t exactly thrilled anyone with his play this year, his price and opportunity to play 30-plus minutes makes him an intriguing play tonight.
Other good buys: Chris Paul ($9,300 FD, $9,400 DK), Isaiah Thomas ($6,500 FD, $6,000 DK), Cory Joseph ($4,900 FD, $4,600 DK).
Victor Oladipo ($9,700 FD, $8,600 DK) – Oladipo is on track to play tonight which makes him one of my favorite plays. Tonight’s game against the Pelicans should be high paced and without Darren Collison, Oladipo should have the ball in his hands even more than usual tonight.
Andrew Wiggins ($6,200 FD, $6,100 DK) – The Cavs are to Wiggins what the Warriors are to Russell Westbrook. Wiggins always picks up his play when he faces the team that drafted him then traded him as evidenced by his 29.1 points per game average in the seven meetings against the Cavs.
Danny Green ($4,800 FD, $4,900 DK) – Green isn’t the sexiest play by any means but he’s played well in his last three games and faces one of the worst defensive units in the league in the Phoenix Suns.
Other good buys: James Harden ($11,300 FD, $11,300 DK), Jrue Holiday ($7,600 FD, $7,500 DK), Rodney Hood ($5,100 FD, $4,900 DK).
LeBron James ($10,900 FD/DK) – James’ price has dropped as his output has come down a bit from earlier in the year. That being said, it’s LeBron James and though the Cavs are coming off a back-to-back, James is still the top play among small forwards.
Josh Jackson ($5,900 FD, $5,700 DK)- Jackson has played really well the past two weeks as he’s hovered around the 30 fantasy point mark. Jackson will pick up some extra minutes tonight with Booker out, which increases his value.
Lance Stephenson ($5,600 FD, $5,800 DK) – Stephenson is a slightly risky play tonight. It remains to be seen who the Pacers give Collison’s minutes too. If Stephenson does end up getting most of the minutes, he can end up being a great play.
Other good buys: Jimmy Butler ($9,600 FD, $9,500 DK). Josh Richardson ($6,700 FD, $5,900 DK), Kyle Anderson ($5,600 FD, $4,800 DK).
Blake Griffin ($9,200 FD, $9,000 DK) – The Pistons are 3-0 with Griffin and tonight they face off against the Brooklyn Nets who are coming off a game last night. Though it’s a great matchup for Griffin, the game may become a blowout quickly which could limit Griffin’s upside.
LaMarcus Aldridge ($8,600 FD, $8,400 DK) – As discussed earlier with the Spurs, Aldridge gets an easy matchup against the Suns in which he should have no problem producing. Like Griffin, only a blowout can limit Aldridge’s production tonight.
Dragan Bender ($3,800 FD, $4,400 DK) – The opposing power forward in that matchup is Bender. Bender has seen an increase in minutes recently and though he’s up and down, his price tonight minimizes the risk.
Other good buys: Nikola Mirotic ($7,200 FD, $6,500 DK), James Johnson ($5,300 FD, $5,100 DK), Luc Mbah a Moute ($4,300 FD, $4,000 DK).
Anthony Davis ($11,900 FD, $11,600 DK) – Davis will now be a player to consider every time he’s out there due to the DeMarcus Cousins injury. With Mirotic now helping to space the floor, Davis should have more room to operate with another offensive threat on the floor. Tonight, Davis gets the Pacers in what could end up being a very high scoring game.
Andre Drummond ($11,000, $9,800) – It doesn’t look like the addition of Griffin will hurt Drummond as he’s gone for more than 50 fantasy points his last two games. Tonight he gets the Nets, who he dropped 22 and 20 on a few weeks ago.
Bam Adebayo ($4,200 FD, $4,700 DK) – With Kelly Olynyk doubtful tonight it looks like Adebayo will be in for some extra minutes. With Olynyk leaving early last game, Adebayo was able to put up 18 points and 10 rebounds in 26 minutes.
Other good buys: Clint Capela ($7,800 FD, $7,300 DK), Jarrett Allen ($6,500 FD, $5,100 DK), Myles Turner ($6,500 FD, $5,600 DK).
