Thursday brings us a small two-game slate, with the first tipping off at 8 P.M. ET.
Warriors @ Spurs
After some tough road losses and a few days of rest, it’ll be a Western Conference Finals rematch as the Spurs head home to take on the Warriors. Vegas has Golden State favored by eight in this game, with an over under of 217. I think many people will see this as a game to target on both sides for fantasy goodness. I, on the other hand, am going to keep my exposure low to these players, especially on the Spurs. I believe this is business as usual for the Warriors as they have started to heat up and I’m looking for them to come in and put on a show tonight. Below are my top high dollar and top value plays from tonight’s game in San Antonio.
Lakers @ Trail Blazers
The final game of the night features the Los Angeles Lakers in a showdown against a Portland team at home on a back-to-back. The Lakers just had their best shooting performance of the season, hitting shots at 50 percent from the field and putting up 111 points on the Pistons. The Pistons came into that game and looked physically and mentally tired after a couple of tough games that they won. Now the Lakers get a chance to build on that performance in tonight’s game against the Trail Blazers coming off of two tough losses, most recently last night’s overtime defeat in Utah. Vegas is favoring Portland by six, with a game total of 210. This is the game I want to target the most for fantasy points. I can see both teams holding a lead at some point in the game, and with this being a potential shootout I want my core players from these teams. Below are my top high dollar and top value plays from tonight’s game in Portland.
