Stockton, who was just signed earlier in the week played in two games during the preseason with Sacramento. Stockton averaged 11.5 points and five assists per game with Sacramento and led the team in assists per game this preseason.
In his second preseason game with the Kings he exploded for 23 points and eight assists in 29 minutes against the Warriors.
Jones, who went undrafted out of Duke this year, played in five preseason games but wasn’t much of a difference maker, averaging just two points per contest.
Hearn, who was also signed just five days ago, played in just one game and only saw the court for a minute.
The three all could see time in Reno; a place Stockton is already familiar with after playing over 100 games with the Bighorns in the past three years.
With the three players waived and the additional release of Marcus Williams earlier in the week, the Kings now have 16 players on their roster.
