The Kings will look to sweep their season series against the Orlando Magic when they head to the Golden One Center Friday night.
Orlando got off to a hot start this season, but after months of tremendous struggles both teams sit near the bottom of the standings with a 20-45 record. There is plenty of incentive to tank for Sacramento and Orlando, but neither team has shown much interest in doing so, so the contest tonight should remain competitive.
The last matchup between these two saw the Kings steal a win after a career-night from Garrett Temple. His 34-point performance was a career-high, but his 19-point performance in the fourth quarter is what truly gave the Kings the victory. Temple is generally a good contributor for head coach Dave Joerger, but he isn’t likely to play as big of a role as he did in that game.
The Kings will also need to find a way to replace the production of both De’Aaron Fox and Willie Cauely-Stein. Both players have been officially ruled out according to James Ham from NBC Sports:

Frank Mason and Bogdan Bogdanovic should both see their roles increase in the offense, and the team has generally turned to Zach Randolph, Kosta Koufos and Skal Labissiere in Cauely-Stein’s recent absence.
Orlando should also have a much different look than they did when these two matched up in late January. Starting point guard Elfrid Payton has since been traded to the Phoenix Suns, and both Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier will be sitting with injuries. With those three being the three leading scorers for Orlando that night, Sacramento should expect a much different offense this time around.
The Kings will have a tough time without two of their regular starters, but with both teams dealing with injuries the playing field should be about even. Both teams will likely look at this as a good opportunity to get a win, so Kings fans can expect to see a fairly close game.
