According to Jordan Schultz of Yahoo Sports, the Kings are out of restricted free agent Jabari Parker:

With close to $20 million in cap space available this summer, there is some reason to believe that Jabari Parker would be a good fit in Sacramento. Drafted second overall in 2014 as a small forward, he would appear to fill the Kings’ needs well on paper.
In reality, Parker has spent 78% of his minutes on the court as a power forward according to Basketball Reference, and he appears more suited to player as a stretch four than as a perimeter player. Between that and his injury history, the Kings might be wise to spend their money elsewhere.
