According to David Aldridge, the Kings are close to signing Wenyen Gabriel to a two-way contract for the 2018-19 season:
Kings on the verge of signing @WenyenGabriel to a two-way contract, per source. Undrafted after two years at Kentucky, but did some solid work for Sac in Summer League play.

The former 5-star recruit spent two years at Kentucky under head coach John Calipari, averaging 5.7 points and 5.1 rebounds in just over 20 minutes per game while also shooting 36.7 percent from behind the arc. Gabriel may not see much playing time with the Kings early in the season, but he does fill a need as an athletic combo forward with some potential to space the floor.
The Kings, who had both Jack Cooley and JaKarr Sampson on two-way deals last season, have yet to use either of their available two-way spots this offseason.
