  • Nicolas Batum - G/F - Charlotte Hornets

Nicolas Batum (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Spurs.

Batum missed Charlotte's pair of games on the weekend, so hopefully that rest served him well. He'll go back to being a low-end play when he returns, though Miles Bridges' improved play could make a dent in Batum's playing time. Dwayne Bacon is the most likely to lose minutes when the Hornets are at full strength.

  • Cody Zeller - F/C - Charlotte Hornets

Cody Zeller (left knee soreness) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Spurs.

Zeller will miss his eighth straight game tomorrow and can be dropped with fantasy owners needing immediate production at this point in the year. Frank Kaminsky was the pickup of choice last week but it's been Willy Hernangomez who's putting up numbers over the last couple of games. Bismack Biyombo has been playing limited minutes as a starter but it's the other two who are better plays — Hernangomez offers more upside while Kaminsky is the target if you need threes.

  • Ben Simmons - G/F - Philadelphia Sixers

Ben Simmons (gastroenteritis) has been ruled out of Monday's game with the Magic.

Simmons had hit the injury report with gastroenteritis earlier in the season but has played through it until now. The Sixers have built up a little cushion on Indiana and Boston and can afford to give Simmons a night off to ensure he's 100 percent. T.J. McConnell should get a ton of run tonight and is worth a look in DFS or in season-long formats if you need assists and steals on solid efficiency.

  • Robert Williams III - C/F - Boston Celtics

Robert Williams (low back contusion) is doubtful for Tuesday.

Brad Stevens said that Williams could miss about a week after getting hurt on Saturday, so we wouldn't expect to see him over the next few days. He's unlikely to be in the rotation when he returns, assuming Al Horford is back to full strength by then.

  • Jayson Tatum - F - Boston Celtics

Jayson Tatum (lower back contusion) is questionable to play against the Cavs on Tuesday.

Tatum took a hard fall in Saturday's game and sat out of Sunday's loss as a result. The Celtics will probably take things easy on their top players, even with the four seed still in play, though perhaps Tatum guts it out tomorrow with Kyrie Irving resting and Al Horford also questionable. Gordon Hayward would draw another start if Tatum is ruled out.

  • Al Horford - F/C - Boston Celtics

Al Horford (left knee soreness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Cavs.

Horford has missed the last two games, and it looks like we're beyond the "three or four" games of scheduled rest that the Celtics had in mind — we don't imagine that they hoped to have those play out consecutively. If Horford can't play tomorrow, we'll see Aron Baynes and Daniel Theis split the load at center. Theis is the higher-upside option of the two.

  • Kyrie Irving - G - Boston Celtics

Kyrie Irving (load management) will sit out Tuesday's game against the Cavs.

This is hardly surprising as Irving has been talking up the need for rest, and the staggering Celtics should be able to take care of business without their superstar in this matchup. Terry Rozier's going to be a popular play tomorrow. With Irving only getting two games this week (assuming no more rest), he becomes a tougher call than he should be for most fantasy owners. You can't take him out of lineups as long as he's healthy, but if you have a four-game alternative sitting on your bench it might be tempting.

  • Jodie Meeks - G - Toronto Raptors

The Raptors will sign Jodie Meeks for the rest of the season.

Toronto needed a 14th man with Eric Moreland's 10-day expiring over the weekend. Meeks was with the Raptors on a 10-day contract earlier this season and averaged 7.5 points and 1.5 threes in 12 minutes per game in two contests. He'll give them an emergency floor-spacer for the postseason, and extra wing depth never hurts.

  • Gerald Green - G/F - Houston Rockets

Gerald Green (left adductor strain) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game against the Bucks.

With Green out we should see Austin Rivers and Danuel House pick up the slack a bit. House is the add if you want to make a move here, as he's been a solid low-end play since returning from G-League exile.

  • Eric Gordon - G - Houston Rockets

Eric Gordon (sprained right ankle) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Bucks.

Gordon turned his ankle early in Sunday's game but was able to play through it. Houston's risen above the fray in the playoff race and can afford to play things a little safer than the teams below them in the playoff hunt, though they're still scrapping with the Blazers in a tight race between the three and four spots. With Gerald Green already out, Danuel House could be a very busy guy tomorrow and is worth a look in most leagues if you need threes.
