Taj Gibson and the Knicks have agreed in principle to a two-year deal worth $20 million, as per Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Knicks failed to land any big free agents and are now scampering to sign anyone. Gibson, who is entering his 10th year in the league should be in for a back-up role for Julius Randle. Gibson's shooting efficiency should keep him borderline-relevant as long as he can carve out 22-25 minutes per game.
