Kristaps Porzingis scored 22 points on 7-of-14 shooting (2-of-7 3PTs, 6-of-8 FTs) with two rebounds, one assist, two steals and one block in the Knicks’ 108-105 loss to the Pacers on Wednesday.
Porzingis’ rebounds were a bit disappointing and that will probably help keep him in a buy low state for at least another game. We’re not buying the ‘rookie wall’ here and we are buying that he’s the franchise’s No. 1 priority for the rest of the season. Thank us later. Carmelo Anthony hit just 5-of-20 shots for 14 points, seven rebounds, three assists and one steal, as he logged 35 minutes tonight and had four straight games of 37 minutes or more coming into the contest. That’ll work out.
