Ty Lawson scored 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting with five rebounds, one assist and one steal in 26 minutes off the bench in Wednesday’s road win over the Jazz.
Lawson has been great with the Kings’ second unit but the fantasy value isn’t coming, at least for now. Darren Collison (eight points, one assist, 22 minutes) continues to struggle with the Kings’ mismatched first unit and he hasn’t really been able to get into a rhythm as a result. To be clear, Collison is the player to own here and he should be considered a buy low target. The Kings won’t be able to let his scoring get away from them over the long haul. Lawson can stay on the wire in 12-14 team formats.
