• Maryland center Diamond Stone was selected by the Clippers with the 40th pick of the 2016 NBA Draft.

Stone was projected to go late in the first round by many and in this crazy draft he drops to the Clippers, who could use some depth in the frontcourt.  He can score in the post and he’s a load at 6’10/245, but his shot selection and allergies to passing aren’t great and he has defensive issues.  Draft Express reports that questions about his background hurt him in the draft.  He’d need a major change in the Clippers roster to hit the fantasy radar.
