• Al Horford
    F/C, Boston Celtics

Al Horford finished he season as a top-40/30 option (both total and per-game, 8/9-cat) with averages of 13.6 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 0.9 steals, 1.3 blocks and 1.1 3-pointers on .535 from the field.

Horford’s rebounds and assists declined but the big boosts in defensive stats and efficiency more than made up for that. His 3-point shooting fell from .429 to .360 but Horford shot a blistering .604 from 2-point range to push his overall numbers up from .489 last season to .535, which was a four-year high by a comfortable margin. Horford missed 12 games throughout the year with left knee soreness, with his longest absence coming in a seven-game stretch in December. Boston might be sporting a very different roster by next season but Horford’s all-around game should keep him on the cusp of the early rounds in fantasy.
