Al Horford nearly recorded a triple-double on Wednesday, scoring 21 points with seven boards, nine assists and one steal in Game 5.
He’s been blamed for a lot of the Celtics’ early struggles in this series, but Horford was tremendous tonight. He scored from all over the floor (going 7-for-11 from the field, 2-for-4 from downtown and 5-for-5 from the line) and flashed his versatility on defensive switches against smaller players. The Celtics are cruising right now, and will ride a three game winning streak into Chicago for Game 6 on Friday.
