April 2, 2018, 12:43 amAlex CarusoPG, Los Angeles Lakers
Alex Caruso drew the start at point guard in Sunday's 83-84 loss to the Kings and logged 30 minutes, producing seven points, four rebounds, two assists, a steal, a block and a 3-pointer.
Caruso has played 61 minutes over his last two games and was set to play in a G-League playoff game yesterday before the big club requested he stick around. His viability depends entirely on the health of Lonzo Ball, but it does look like he'll have a legitimate role whenever Ball sits. Josh Hart wasn't great off the bench tonight with five points, three rebounds, four assists and a triple to go with a 2-of-8 shooting line in 28 minutes while Tyler Ennis was good for four points, three rebounds, four assists, a steal and two blocks in 16 minutes. Hart is still the better play here but Caruso could be a decent desperation option, if such a thing exists.

December 14, 2019, 10:09 pmPatrick McCawSG, Toronto Raptors
Patrick McCaw played a surprising 29 minutes on Saturday night, though the box score was predictably empty with two points, two rebounds and three assists on 1-for-7 shooting.
McCaw made his return from left knee surgery on Wednesday and played only 10 minutes but got extra opportunity tonight with OG Anunoby and Norman Powell in early foul trouble. McCaw obviously isn't on the fantasy radar at all but this is troubling for Terence Davis, who was limited to 12 minutes.

December 14, 2019, 10:04 pmGarrett TempleSG, Brooklyn Nets
Garrett Temple's shot was off on Saturday night, as he went 6-of-19 from the field and an atrocious 2-for-14 from behind the arc.
Temple managed 16 points, four rebounds and two dimes, but this is the sort of performance that can be a back-breaker from a guy who isn't supposed to shoot enough to tank your percentages. Temple has been a top-115/135 guy over the last two weeks and should remain rostered until the Nets get back to full health.

December 14, 2019, 10:02 pmTaurean PrinceSF, Brooklyn Nets
Taurean Prince tallied 14 points, 10 rebounds, a steal, a block and four treys against the Raptors on Saturday.
Prince went a solid 4-of-9 from deep but an ugly 5-of-14 overall and was shooting just .398 from the field coming into this game. That's pushing his value down into the later rounds but Prince is posting top-100 numbers over the last couple weeks. He shouldn't be on any waiver wires.

December 14, 2019, 10:01 pmDavid NwabaSF, Brooklyn Nets
David Nwaba had a decent little game on Saturday, notching 10 points, four rebounds, two steals, a block and two 3-pointers in 17 minutes.
Nwaba has played his way back into the Nets' rotation and is inside the top-250 over the last couple of weeks. Obviously the appeal is limited, but there's some helpful numbers here if you need a lift in the 20-24-team range.

December 14, 2019, 9:57 pmRodions KurucsPF, Brooklyn Nets
Rodions Kurucs emerged from obscurity on Saturday, logging 18 minutes and posting one point, seven rebounds, three assists and a block.
Kurucs hadn't appeared in Brooklyn's previous six games and has even had some G League stints this season. He's down to 9.9 mpg in 10 appearances, but perhaps this means the second-year player, and his sneaky versatile game, is back on the upswing. We'll see how the minutes look in the next one.

Blake Griffin headed to the locker room on Saturday with a trainer following him.
If Griffin is unable to return Christian Wood could see more minutes and Andre Drummond has a higher ceiling.

Jerami Grant will start in place of Paul Millsap who is out with a right quadriceps strain on Saturday vs. the Thunder.
Grant will face his old team the Thunder in a revenge game. He was able to have a great game with Millsap out last game.

Luka Doncic sprained his right ankle and is questionable to return on Saturday vs. the Heat.
Doncic's ankle looked to have touched the floor as he turned his ankle on Kendrick Nunn's foot. The good news is that he hasn't been listed out straight away.
