Andre Iguodala only played 10 minutes and tallied 2 points, one assist and one steal which allowed for Shaun Livingston to notch 23 minutes and finish with four points, six rebounds, one assist and one steal as the Warriors stormed back to defeat the Spurs in Game 1 of the WCF.
Iggy is set for a MRI and his status for Game 2 is up in the air, if he misses time expect for Shaun Livingston to pick up some extra minutes just as he did tonight. Iggy is a big part of the Warriors great defense and when he has amazing offensive games as well, they look unstoppable. If he misses a lot of time it could be a huge blow to the Warriors, don’t forget he was the Finals MVP just 2 years ago. Shaun Livingston is an amazing backup, but he lacks the defensive prowess Iggy brings to the table, however the Warriors always seem to make the best out of what they have and continue to keep on winning. Stay on the lookout for updates on Iggy status leading up to Game 2 on Tuesday night.
