Andrew Harrison started Wednesday’s preseason game at shooting guard and finished with 17 points, three triples, six rebounds, two assists and four steals.
Harrison was mired in a tough competition to earn the backup point guard role, but perhaps he’ll find time at the two this season. He made the most of his start tonight, though we’re not expecting him to leapfrog some of Memphis’ more well-known names on the shooting guard depth chart just yet. It’s a situation to ignore in standard leagues though deep leaguers looking for players with opportunity should keep an eye on the Grizzlies rotations.
