Andrew Wiggins scored a game-high 29 points on Saturday night against the Hornets in 37 minutes of action.
Wiggins shot an efficient 11-0f-20 from the floor, while also chipping in four assists, three steals and a perfect 5-of-5 from the free throw line. The good shooting night was a welcome sight for fantasy owners, as the Wolves’ forward had been shooting a ghastly 32.1 percent over the last couple of weeks leading up to tonight’s tilt. Wiggins has never been an above average contributor with the steals, assists or threes, so better percentages like tonight from the field and charity stripe are needed for Wiggins to maintain value in shallower leagues.
