Anthony Davis finished out his regular season on Wednesday against the Spurs with 22 points, 15 boards, three steals and four blocks.
Davis jumped over LeBron for the top ranking in 8-cat leagues and blew away the competition in 9-cat leagues, dwarfing the value of No. 2 Karl-Anthony Towns, who played in all 82 games. For his part, the Brow played in 75 games despite leaving the court at least 75 times to go do whatever, and plowed through the year with career-best marks in efficiency. He hit 53.4 percent of his field goals, 34.0 percent of his triples and 82.8 percent from the foul line while improving his steals (1.5) and blocks (2.6) numbers. It was the Anthony Davis season we were all waiting for and it almost went under the radar, as DeMarcus Cousins stole a lot of his thunder early before bowing out to injury.
