Hornets general manager Mitch Kupchak confirmed that second round pick Arnoldas Kulboka will remain overseas to develop.

Kupchuk says, "The plan is to keep him over there and hopefully watch him develop and then, when he's ready, bring him back over here and see how good he is." The 20 year old initially declared for last year's draft before withdrawing. The Lithuanian ended up putting up 8.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 triples while shooting 36.6 percent from the field across 29 games in the Lega Basket League and according to Kupchak, "He's got one really, really good skill — he can really shoot the ball."
