Bradley Beal finished with 27 points on 7-of-21 from the field and 3-of-11 from range while John Wall posted 27 points on 6-of-16 from the field and 14-of-19 from the stripe in Monday’s 104-119 loss to the Wolves.
These performances from Beal and Wall aren’t too surprising as they probably had dead legs due to their overtime back-to-back road games against the Kings and Blazers on Friday and Saturday. No rest for the weary as they say for the Wizards are back at it again on Wednesday against the Mavs. There will likely be no rest days down the road either for the backcourt tandem as the Celtics are right on their heels and the Cavs are only two games up on them for the number one seed. If you a have them you are starting them and hoping for the best.
