Ben Simmons had a Monday to forget against the Grizzlies, shooting 3-of-8 to score six points with three boards, seven assists, a steal and four turnovers in the 101-105 loss.
Simmons started the year hot but teams have been leaving him open and collapsing on him as he drives the ball in. Now that coaching staffs have analyzed his dribble drive moves with both hands they’re able to take his unorthadox moves away from him. Simmons is a top-45/100 value in 8/9-cat on the season but is down to top-70/150 over the last month due to a decrease in scoring, rebounds and assists. Getting floor spacing back in the form of J.J. Redick can only help Simmons.
