Blake Griffin (left knee soreness) will not take the court in a very important game on Wednesday against the Knicks.
Griffin has had a lingering knee injury that looks like it has hindered him for the last few weeks and will not play tonight as a result. He has been wearing a very bulky knee brace to try and protect his injured knee. It looks like it has gotten to the point where they can’t risk injuring their star even with the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs on the line. With Blake out, look for Zaza Pachulia and Thon Maker to pick up the slack if they go big. However, the true benefactors of Griffin’s injury will be on the wing. Look for Wayne Ellington, Bruce Brown, Langston Galloway and Luke Kennard to have increased value in DFS.
