Blake Griffin was quiet against the Wolves on Wednesday, scoring just 16 points in 36 minutes of action.
He added four boards, two assists and two triples to his line, but was a non factor for long stretches. Gorgui Dieng deserves credit for playing some punishing defense against Griffin, but the entire Clippers’ offense struggled to get going in this one. Griffin now sits at 45 on the player rater in standard leagues behind averages of 22 points, 0.4 triples, 8.4 boards, five assists, one steal and 0.5 blocks.
