Blake Griffin (left knee soreness) started in Saturday's Game 3 loss to the Bucks, finishing with 27 points (10-of-24 from the field), two 3-pointers, seven rebounds, six assists, two steals in 31 minutes.
Griffin played despite the previous reports that he'll miss the first round because of knee soreness that has been bothering him even before the playoffs started. He wanted to help out his squad but his team decided to not show up in a crucial match that made the Pistons fall 3-0 against the surging Bucks. Even with him back in the fold, Detroit went down by as much as 22 points in the third quarter on their home floor. The Bucks are obviously in control of the series and are looking to close it out in their next bout.
