• Bradley Beal - G - Washington Wizards

Bradley Beal scored 27 points (four treys) to go with six dimes, four boards, two steals and a block in Friday's road loss to the Magic.

Beal came into tonight's matchup ranked top-25/30 in 8/9-cat and is just about the lone bright spot on a dysfunctional Wizards team. Keep rolling him out there and hope that the madness surrounding the team doesn't catch up with him.

  • Rudy Gay - F - San Antonio Spurs

Rudy Gay will be in the lineup on Monday night when the Spurs face the Pelicans.

There was some thought that Gay would sit tonight having played on Sunday but he'll be out there as San Antonio tries to add to their win streak. Expect Gay to get a handful of rest days throughout the season.

  • Wesley Matthews - G/F - Dallas Mavericks

Wesley Matthews (hamstring) will not play on Monday.

Matthews went through a pregame warmup to see if he could go but his strained left hamstring is still giving him some troubles. With the Mavs also missing Dwight Powell and J.J. Barea out tonight, we'll see a lot of extra minutes for bench guys like Dorian Finney-Smith, Maxi Kleber and Jalen Brunson. It doesn't sound like Matthews will be out much longer but hamstring injuries can be tricky.

  • Wesley Matthews - G/F - Dallas Mavericks

Wesley Matthews will determine his status for Monday's game after going through a pregame workout.

Matthews is dealing with a left hamstring strain but seems close to a return, even if that doesn't happen tonight. Stay tuned for updates on tonight's game.

  • Bradley Beal - G - Washington Wizards

    J. Michael of the Indianapolis Star is reporting that it's a well-known secret among front offices that Bradley Beal will not stay with the Wizards past his current contract.

Michael used to be on the Wizards beat with NBC Sports Washington, so it's not surprising that he would have some D.C. connections. This got stirred up when Shams Charania reported earlier today that the Wizards recently had a volatile practice where Beal told management "I've been dealing with this for seven years." The dysfunctional Wizards are desperate for change, and while they'd probably prefer to avoid dealing one of their backcourt stars they may not have a choice.

  • Avery Bradley - G - Los Angeles Clippers

Avery Bradley will return from a six-game absence to play against the Hawks on Monday and is in the starting lineup.

It should be a low-pressure spot to get Bradley re-integrated with the rotation as the Clippers go with a three-guard lineup. He'll be competing primarily with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for minutes and it's a battle he's not likely to win with how SGA has been playing lately. AB should be back on the bench when Danilo Gallinari (illness) is ready to play again. Leave Bradley on the wire in standard leagues but consider him a viable add in 16-team formats and beyond.

  • Danilo Gallinari - F - Los Angeles Clippers

Danilo Gallinari (illness) will not play on Monday night.

Gallinari will miss his first game of the year, and at least it's not because of an injury. The Clippers will need to find alternative sources of scoring with him out, but look for usual suspects Lou Williams and Tobias Harris to get the most extra shots up. Mike Scott and Tyrone Wallace could see added time off the bench.

  • Dwight Howard - C - Washington Wizards

Dwight Howard is being listed as questionable for Tuesday's game.

Howard sat out Monday's practice and seems unlikely to play tomorrow given that it apparently hurt to put socks on before Sunday's game. The Wizards will go small with Jeff Green and Kelly Oubre soaking up most of the extra minutes. Green started the second half of Sunday's game.

  • Justin Anderson - G/F - Atlanta Hawks

Justin Anderson will be limited to 10 minutes on Monday night.

It's Anderson's season debut after an offseason procedure on his leg. He'll play in three-minute stints, with one floating minute he'll make up somewhere. Anderson is worth keeping an eye on in deep leagues but won't be a serious consideration until he's playing minutes in the high teens.

  • Kyle Korver - G/F - Cleveland Cavaliers

Kyle Korver is not on the injury report and should play in Monday's game.

Korver missed last week with foot soreness but is ready to go tonight. He's not a great fantasy option but you could certainly do worse if you're chasing threes.

  • Omari Spellman - F - Atlanta Hawks

Omari Spellman is starting at power forward on Monday.

Spellman was moved to the bench in favor of Alex Poythress on Saturday. He's been promoted again with Spellman out but will be back on the bench once John Collins is free from his minutes restriction. Feel free to use Spellman as you normally would.
