Bradley Beal struggled to get into rhythm on Wednesday, going just 7-of-19 from the floor and 0-of-4 from deep as the Celtics claimed Game 5 123-101.
As a team the Wizards shot just 38.5% from the field, and generally looked out of sync offensively. It didn’t help that the Celtics jumped out to an early lead, forcing Beal and company into ill advised shots early on in this one. He finished with 16 points, two boards, four assists, one steal and one block, but bricked shot after shot when it mattered. The Wizards will need Beal to bounce back in a big way if they hope to avoid being eliminated at home on Friday.
