Brook Lopez finished Tuesday’s win with eight points, two threes, four rebounds and two blocks in just 21 minutes of court time.
It might be time to worry here, as Lopez hasn’t topped 25 minutes in any of the last five games and has only topped 30 minutes once all year. The Lakers don’t seem all that interested in giving him the workload necessary to deliver on his ADP. Lopez still has the chops to turn in a top-40 fantasy season but it’s simply not going to happen with L.A. keeping him on the bench for half the game. There wasn’t even the excuse of a poor matchup here, as the Pistons used traditional big man Andre Drummond for 35 minutes. It might be wise to see what you can get on the trade market for him, though Lopez probably has negligible value at the moment. He’s a hold otherwise.
