The Bucks intend to re-sign restricted free agent Tony Snell.
Per general manager John Hammond, “He an outstanding guy and a guy we want to have as part of our team moving forward. We’re planning on him being with us next season.” Snell enjoyed the best year of his career so far and was clearly a big part of the Bucks’ rotation. He was fourth on the Bucks in minutes per game during the regular season and third during the playoffs. He finished the season with 8.6 points, 3.0 rebounds, 0.7 steals and 1.9 triples on 45.7 percent shooting (40.6 from deep). He is a very strong wing defender and but returned only 12/13th round value in standard leagues. Expect his role to remain steady if re-signed by the Bucks.
