The Bucks started rookies D.J. Wilson and Sterling Brown on Monday, and the two combined for 50 minutes against the Mavs.
First-round pick Wilson played 23 minutes and shot 4-of-7 on his way to nine points. He could only add one rebound and one three. Brown had a tough night, missing all nine shots from the field, but did produce five rebounds, two assists and a steal. The Bucks were missing some key pieces tonight so we wouldn’t read too much into anything that went down. Neither player is going to be a fantasy option in single-season leagues.
