Buddy Hield scored 17 points to go with one rebounds, two assists and one steal in 30 minutes while Darren Collison had 15 points, five rebounds, 10 assists and one steal in 27 minutes against the Lakers on Friday.
Hield shot 7-of-14 from the field and 3-of-5 from three while Collison shot 5-of-8 from the field, 1-of-2 from three and 4-of-4 at the line. Both guys turned in efficient performances, all be it in a losing effort. Hield as emerged as a reliable source of points and threes and is someone to watch for next season while Collison continues to put in work this season but his future with Sacramento is in doubt heading into the offseason.
