Coach Dwane Casey is undecided on whether C.J. Miles or Norman Powell will start at the three this season.
Casey said that “fit” will determine who starts and who comes off the bench. Both players should have value and split minutes. Powell joked about not being a small forward, but more of a combo guard, so the better fit may be Miles with his floor-spacing. Powell has the bigger fantasy upside of the two as he averaged 15.6 points, 3.7 boards, 1.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.6 treys on 49.8 percent from the field and 39.7 from deep in 18 starts last season. Powell is worth grabbing at the end of your draft.
