Carmelo Anthony had a nice shooting night against his former team, finishing with 29 points on 10-of-14 from the field.
Anthony missed Thursday’s game against the Warriors with a sore shoulder, but showed no ill effects on Saturday with his efficient 29-point night. Anthony was coming off back-to-back 13-point efforts prior to sitting out last game, so it was good seeing the 32-year-old miss only four shots on Saturday. Coming into tonight’s action, Anthony was shooting a career-low 42.1 percent, but still remains a top-50 player for the season.
