Tyronn Lue hinted that the Cavs will insert Tristan Thompson into the starting five for Game 2 because of how he can defend Al Horford.
With the way that Horford cooked Cleveland on Sunday, we'd expect that move to be made. Kyle Korver or J.R. Smith will likely return to the bench. Thompson hasn't been the most consistent guy in the postseason so far and has occasionally reverted to his regular season (i.e., non-factor) form but could be in line for a pivotal role if none of the other Cavs can slow Horford down.
