Steph Curry was percolating in the fourth in Tuesday’s tight win over the Sixers and finished with 29 points and a little bit of everything.
Curry scored 12 of his 29 in the fourth quarter and really picked it up despite struggling early. He shot just 8-of-23 on the evening but still managed to rack up six boards, five deep balls, five assists and three steals. He also hit all eight attempts at the charity stripe. Curry hasn’t been the runaway freight train that he was last season, but he’s a top-5 guy and might even improve going forward. His fellow Splash Brother Klay Thompson scored 28 on 10-of-22 shooting with five triples of his own, as the two led the attack on a night when only four Warriors hit double figures- one being Matt Barnes with just 10 points. Both guys will remain steady and effective to close the season.
