Collin Sexton scored a career-high 29 points in Saturday's 117-108 win over the Rockets, going 14-of-21 from the field while chipping in four rebounds, two assists and one 3-pointer.
Sexton is really hitting the gas pedal right now but the fact that this line didn't feature anything of note outside the scoring categories only underscores how much work he has to do to become a legitimate standard-league asset. It's clear that the Cavs will give him plenty of time to develop this year, and that alone is probably enough for standard-league ownership, but you can consider this strong run of production as a sell-high opportunity. Even with the scoring binge lately he's only been a late-round player.
