Chris Paul led the Rockets to a 105-82 win against the Mavs sans James Harden, double-doubling with 24 points, 12 assists while adding four triples and five boards.
The game wasn’t completely out of reach till midway through the fourth quarter so Paul still played 30 minutes tonight. Paul has been slowing down over the last month, with slight reductions in field goal percentage, assists and scoring while hitting almost one less three per game. That said tonight Paul had a usage rate of 32.9 which is his highest of the season. It’s unlikely that Harden will miss many more games this season but that will all have to do with how the standings look.
