Damian Lillard will not play in Sunday's scrimmage against the Raptors.

Lillard's got nothing to prove in these scrimmage contests and he'll be an elite option in fantasy resumption leagues. The Blazers should get a better look at Anfernee Simons today against a tough Raptors defense.
