D'Angelo Russell was one of the few Nets to emerge from Friday's blowout with a decent line, finishing with 24 points on 10-of-19 shooting to go with six rebounds, nine assists, a steal and a pair of threes in 27 minutes.
Russell left the first quarter with 10-6-4 and looked to be entering triple-double territory but the Raptors quickly pulled away in the second when the Nets' threes stopped dropping at a 60 percent clip. D'Lo has been cooking of late and it was nice to see him score relatively efficiently on a night where none of his other teammates really had it going. Shabazz Napier was the only other Net in double digits with 15 points, five assists and three triples in 22 minutes, though he also shot 6-of-14. Jarrett Allen was also decent with 9 & 12 to go with a steal and two blocks, but that's about it from Brooklyn's box score tonight.
