Dario Saric scored 24 points in Wednesday's beatdown of the Bucks, hitting 10-of-19 from the field with five rebounds, an assist and three triples in 28 minutes.
The Bucks put up less resistance than a summer breeze in this one, and Saric was the only starter who had a big game in the cakewalk. A late elbow infection couldn't slow him down, and he outperformed preseason expectations this year in his 78 games, returning top-80 value whenever he saw the floor and a top-55 finish. We were admittedly bearish on Saric but the Sixers quickly plugged him into the starting power forward job and he seemed to pick up right where he left off last season. His defensive output needs a little bit of work but the other counting numbers were right on target.
