David Fizdale told Enes Kanter that he has no intentions of removing him from the rotation and that he'll use some two-center lineups when the team is fully healthy.
Mitchell Robinson's groin strain gives Fizdale some more time, but eventually he'll need to juggle minutes for Kanter, Robinson and Luke Kornet. It's likely that Kanter draws the short straw given his status as an impending free agent and the Knicks' need to develop young players, but he's already been frustrated with his dwindling minutes and Fizdale wants to get out ahead of another potential sticking point by keeping his big man relatively happy. Kanter remains a solid hold, who can put up easy middle-round value and big lines on any given night despite some occasional duds.
