December 4, 2018, 4:22 pmDavid Nwaba - G - Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cavs will be without David Nwaba (knee) again on Wednesday.
They'll also be without Sam Dekker (ankle) and Ante Zizic (knee). None of the three are worth holding in fantasy leagues, and Nwaba is our pick if you're looking for late-round value in a 20-team format. The Cavs haven't said anything about potential recovery timelines here.
December 12, 2018, 7:02 pmDirk Nowitzki - F - Dallas Mavericks
Dirk Nowitzki (ankle) remains questionable for Wednesday's game and coach Rick Carlisle said he is "getting closer."
This is the first time Dirk has been listed as something other than out, which is encouraging. We'd expect Dirk to sit this one out, but Carlisle declined to say whether or not he will be active. It seems like it will truly be a game-time decision. Dirk is worth a flier in deep leagues, but you may want to wait for the rust to come off in standard leagues.

December 12, 2018, 6:55 pmKawhi Leonard - F - Toronto Raptors
Kawhi Leonard (bruised right hip) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Warriors.
Leonard sat out the front end of the team's back-to-back on Tuesday. This was either because the injury is a small concern or so he could play against the Warriors, we'd guess it's the latter. Watch his status as we get closer to game-time. If he does miss again, OG Anunoby and Pascal Siakam will fill the minutes and usage.

December 12, 2018, 6:49 pmMike Conley - G - Memphis Grizzlies
Mike Conley (hamstring) will play on Wednesday night, per coach J.B. Bickerstaff.
Conley was questionable but participated in shootaround. He did say that he didn't want to push his hamstring, so a day off might be a good thing for him. If there is a re-injury, Shelvin Mack would be the add.

December 12, 2018, 6:42 pmStanley Johnson - F - Detroit Pistons
Stanley Johnson is not listed on the team's pregame injury report and will play on Wednesday.
Johnson will come off the bench as rookie Bruce Brown sticks in the starting lineup. Johnson is not worth owning in most leagues, especially with Reggie Bullock expected to return for Saturday's game.

December 12, 2018, 6:39 pmDavis Bertans - F - San Antonio Spurs
Davis Bertans is not listed on the Spurs' injury report for Thursday's game against the Clippers.
Bertans missed the past two games as he and his wife welcomed their first child – congrats to the Bertans family. Bertans has started over Dante Cunningham at times, but even as a starter he wasn't holding standard league value. He helps the Spurs' depth in the frontcourt, but is only a deeper league play right now.

December 12, 2018, 6:34 pmAnthony Davis - F/C - New Orleans Pelicans
Coach Alvin Gentry said he wants to taper back the minutes for Anthony Davis and Jrue Holiday starting with Wednesday's game.
AD and Jrue are leading the NBA in minutes played right now, but being in the Western Conference, every game is vital. The Pels are also missing Nikola Mirotic, E'Twaun Moore and Elfrid Payton right now, making it harder to play your stars fewer minutes. The distribution of playing time will be something to watch for tonight's game.

December 12, 2018, 6:14 pmJeff Green - F - Washington Wizards
Jeff Green will start for the injured Otto Porter Jr. against the Celtics on Wednesday.
Uncle Jeff has sustained top-150 value as mainly a bench player, so he should be a decent streaming option in this contest. Kelly Oubre is still the preferred fantasy option with Porter out. Markieff Morris and newly acquired Sam Dekker should help absorb the rest of the minutes.

December 12, 2018, 6:09 pmE'Twaun Moore - G - New Orleans Pelicans
E'Twaun Moore (lower leg) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Thunder.
Moore only played 16 minutes on Sunday and did not play on Monday. He's clearly not fully recovered yet and is starting to be hard to hold onto in standard leagues. Solomon Hill, Darius Miller and Wesley Johnson will continue to see increased minutes without Moore.

December 12, 2018, 6:05 pmJaylen Brown - F - Boston Celtics
Jaylen Brown (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest with the Wizards.
Brown had a wrist injury after Monday's game, so a day off might actually be okay for him. Semi Ojeleye should see some extra minutes off the bench while Marcus Smart, Marcus Morris and Jayson Tatum will help pick up the slack as starters. We'd expect this is the only game Brown misses, but the Celtics do play Friday and Saturday, so watch his status.

December 12, 2018, 5:59 pmOtto Porter Jr. - F - Washington Wizards
Otto Porter Jr. (right knee contusion) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game.
Porter left Monday's game after seven minutes. He was considered day-to-day and was a game-time decision, but ultimately can't go. Kelly Oubre, Markieff Morris and Tomas Satoranksy are the main beneficiaries while Jeff Green could see a few extra minutes as well.
