Davis Bertans played 33 minutes in a start on Wednesday night, adding four rebounds, three assists, a steal, a block and a 3-pointer against the Grizzlies.
He was 5-for-11 overall but 1-of-6 from deep, so this would’ve been a better showing had he delivered on some of his renowned marksmanship. Bertans is a deep league player but has a fascinating skillset that could lend itself well to fantasy value down the line. The Spurs had a whopping eight guys in double figures tonight, including Bryn Forbes (14 points, two threes, two steals), Tony Parker (12 points, four dimes), Patty Mills (15 points, three triples, two steals) and Joffrey Lauvergne (10 points, eight rebounds). It’s not a great collection of fantasy options but the Spurs can get decent contributions from any of these players on any given night.
