March 16, 2019, 10:05 pmDeandre AytonC, Phoenix Suns
Deandre Ayton was ejected from Saturday's game after receiving two technical fouls, finishing an overtime win with eight points, five rebounds, an assist, a steal and a block in 22 minutes.
Ayton would've had a shot at a well-rounded game but got T'd up from the bench to get himself thrown out. He's had a rough stretch of late with a few good games mixed in, and hopefully the talented rookie can finish his first season on a high note.
October 13, 2019, 7:46 pmDario SaricPF, Phoenix Suns
Dario Saric is questionable with a right quad contusion for Monday's preseason finale against the Nuggets.
Saric should be fine for when the regular season gets underway and makes for an interesting late-round pick in standard league drafts. Saric has proven he can deliver mid-round value when given major minutes on the Sixers, but he will have a hard time creating that large of a role on the Suns.

October 13, 2019, 7:31 pmBryn ForbesSG, San Antonio Spurs
Bryn Forbes scored 18 points on 7-of-13 shooting (3-for-6 from deep) in Sunday's 114-123 loss to the Pelicans.
Forbes appears to be battling for a starting job after doing admirable work last season. It's going to come down to two of Forbes, Dejounte Murray and Derrick White, with White coming off the bench today. Forbes' fantasy game isn't all that exciting but he should be able to sail into top-200 value without a fuss, if that floats your boat.
October 13, 2019, 7:27 pmJakob PoeltlC, San Antonio Spurs
Jakob Poeltl finished Sunday's preseason loss with six points, seven rebounds, a steal and two blocks in 20 minutes of action.
Poeltl is set to enter the year as a starter and while we haven't updated him in a while, consider this your reminder that he can be a quality source of blocks and field goal percentage available on the cheap. If he can avoid early missteps and keep his confidence up, Poeltl will breeze past his ADP despite possessing minimal upside.
October 13, 2019, 7:25 pmTrey LylesPF, San Antonio Spurs
Trey Lyles started for the resting LaMarcus Aldridge on Sunday but didn't do much to impress, logging five points (1-of-5 shooting), six rebounds and a steal in 19 minutes.
Lyles is going to try and fill the shoes of the departed Davis Bertans as a big who can stretch the floor, but performances like this won't help his case to be in the rotation on opening night. DeMarre Carroll, who had 13 points, four rebounds and three triples, is the far better bet for fantasy production among San Antonio's bench forwards.
October 13, 2019, 7:22 pmRondae Hollis-JeffersonSF, Toronto Raptors
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson took an elbow to the face on Sunday but has since returned to the game.
Good to see RHJ dodge a concussion after injuries prevented his last season from getting started properly. He's only a deep-league target on a deep Raptors squad.

October 13, 2019, 7:17 pmZion WilliamsonPF, New Orleans Pelicans
The Pelicans' rookies continued their impressive preseasons in Sunday's road win over the Spurs, with Zion Williamson leading the way in a 22-point, 10-rebound effort.
Williamson went 8-for-11 from the field and 6-of-8 from the line while adding two steals in 31 minutes. He's done a lot to justify the massive hype around him and he's likely going to cost you a second or third-round pick in most fantasy leagues. Fellow rookie Nickeil Alexander-Walker had another strong game with 13 points, five rebounds, seven assists, a steal, a block and two triples, but we'd take that with a grain of salt since J.J. Redick was resting. NAW is more of a dart throw in deep leagues and a fun dynasty target this season. Nicolo Melli, in line for stretch four work, chipped in 14 points, nine rebounds, a steal, two blocks and three 3-pointers off the bench. The Pelicans should be tons of fun this season.
October 13, 2019, 7:12 pmPatrick BeverleyPG, Los Angeles Clippers
Patrick Beverley tweaked his calf in Sunday's preseason win, scoring 11 points with four rebounds, three assists, two steals and two triples in 20 minutes before exiting.
No word on the severity of Beverley's injury just yet but calf issues can linger, so we would expect him to get a couple days off in advance of the regular season. Any missed time would create more playing time for Landry Shamet and Terance Mann, which is something to keep in mind in deeper drafts.

October 13, 2019, 7:09 pmLandry ShametSG, Los Angeles Clippers
Landry Shamet picked up a wrist injury in Sunday's win over Melbourne United.
Shamet scored seven points in 18 minutes before exiting and downplayed the injury after the game, so hopefully it's not serious. He remains a quality target in the last couple rounds of 12-team drafts.

October 13, 2019, 7:07 pmKeita Bates-DiopSF, Minnesota Timberwolves
Keita Bates-Diop will miss Sunday's exhibition game because of back spasms.
Nothing to see here, as the Wolves are just playing it safe with KBD against Maccabi Haifa. He should remain a late-round plodder for use in leagues with 20 teams or more.

October 13, 2019, 7:05 pmAmir CoffeyPF, Los Angeles Clippers
Amir Coffey injured his calf/ankle in Sunday's exhibition win and left the locker room in a walking boot.
Coffey is on a two-way contract with the Clippers so this injury won't have an effect on the fantasy landscape. Expect an update on his condition in the coming days. Coffey had two points in 15 minutes before getting hurt.
