DeAndre' Bembry scored a career-high 19 points in Friday's loss, going 7-of-12 from the field and 3-of-3 from the line while adding two rebounds, a steal and two 3-pointers in 23 minutes.
The Hawks did well to stay close with the Bucks tonight, getting outscored by only three points over the final three frames — if only they weren't down by 29 points after one quarter. Bembry started the second half in place of Daniel Hamilton (two points in 22 minutes) and went a bit out of character with this line. Most of his appeal comes from his 1.3 steals and 0.7 blocks while his .412 field goal shooting and .591 mark at the charity stripe hold him back, but Bembry came through in those departments tonight. He's got a shot at back-end value in the 12-14-team range while Kent Bazemore is out.
