DeAndre Jordan cleaned up on the glass with 24 rebounds in the Clippers’ 108-92 win over the Lakers on Thursday.
While the rebounds were a nice touch, the more pleasant surprise was that D.A. went an eye-popping 4-of-4 from the free throw line. He’s notorious for his awful touch from the charity stripe, so owners will appreciate outlying games like this one when they come up. Jordan scored 14 points and got one steal with no blocks. His decline in blocks per game is what dragged his ADP and this is an example of that concern. He’s still far from being labeled as a rebounding specialist and should be able to swat some shots soon enough.
