DeMarre Carroll (ankle) is set to return and start for Thursday’s game vs. the Thunder.
Carroll has missed two games with the ankle injury and will go straight into the starting lineup for the Raptors. With Kyle Lowry still out, the Raptors need all the help they can get as they have lost 4 of their last 7 games to fall to the 4th seed in the East. Look for Norman Powell to head to the bench though he should still be a big part of the rotation and has played well in Carroll’s absence.
