DeMarre Carroll failed to do much in 32 minutes as a starter for the Nets on Thursday, scoring seven points, grabbing nine rebounds and handing out two assists.
He missed all five of his shot attempts from 3-point range and committed three turnovers. Carroll took a backseat to Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Caris LeVert, who were both humming on all cylinders. Owners have to remember that Carroll is still a streaky shooter and rough shooting nights like this one are bound to happen once in a while.
