Dennis Schroder scored 25 points in the Hawks’ loss to the Sixers on Wednesday night, adding three rebounds, six assists, four turnovers and two 3-pointers.
Schroder shot it quite well against the Sixers, going 10-for-17 from the floor and a perfect 2-of-2 from deep. With so much scoring responsibility and this being the first season Schroder is being leaned on to be a volume scorer, it was natural to have concerns about his field goal percentage entering the season. But he’s only had two games with less than 50 percent shooting in six games played. Consider that a good sign if you’re a Schroder owner.
