• Denzel Valentine scored 17 points on 6-of-12 shooting (adding five triples) with nine rebounds, four assists and two steals in the starting rotation in Tuesday’s loss to the Lakers.

After a slow start while the Bulls were even lighter on options, Valentine continues to make blips on the standard league radar. He has sunk seven triples in three games as a starter, and is showing some skills on the glass and as a facilitator. The shooting efficiency has been an issue this year, and his upside could be limited by the return of David Nwaba (and Zach LaVine further down the line), but Valentine is worth a look in standard leagues as a back end option as he has potential in his favor.
