Derrick Jones Jr. will miss at least six weeks after sustaining two bone bruises in his right knee in Sunday's game.
Jones had to be carried to the locker room last night after his knee buckled on a drive attempt. We'd expect to see him return this season, but fantasy owners in standard-sized leagues who had been using DJJ for his per-minute output can move on until he gets back up to speed. With Jones out Kelly Olynyk played 17 minutes last night, so he should be one of the main beneficiaries here. James Johnson saw 30 minutes and will also have a little more breathing room. Jones' versatility means that Miami's guards may also see a couple extra minutes heading their way depending on how Erik Spoelstra reshuffles the deck.
